Cannot recommend SLF24 more, coming to this page and seeing negative reviews I would have been scared away however I can’t fault them in anyway. We bought the large “Kubic” armchair, beautiful chair that looks way more expensive than what we actually paid and very comfortable, it cost half of what other major furniture company’s were charging for smaller chairs and arrived well before Christmas which most large retailers said was impossible before Christmas. Delivery was quicker than expected (around 2-3week vs 3-5 week quoted), delivery team lifted it into our new living room without issues and arrived earlier than we expected with a phone call to make sure we were in and lots of email/ text notifications. Would also like to note that although they are offering a £10 refund incentive this is purely for a picture of your item to show on their website for other customers it is not a bribe to post a positive review.
