Useful contact for larger bookings. My queries were dealt with promptly. However I had repetitive messages over a simple request which were not necessary. I am also unhappy that the full security deposit was taken and held on to over quite a long time. Normally this a a pre authorized amount but Sleeps12 took it in full. For this reason I am unlikely to use the site again.
