At first sight, Fuzzy Orchard appears amazing. However, after just 24 hours reality creeps in. For an elderly person, and some not so old, there were no suitable chairs in the whole house. They were either hard, metallic and painful, or soft, and very difficult to get out of. The beds were clean but squeaked and groaned with every movement, so much so that my daughter and her partner had to sleep in separate rooms so as not to wake the baby. All the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and by Thursday morning we had had enough and went home early to a comfortable bed. The kitchen appliances were all much too complicated to understand in the short time we had, the ice maker was very noisy, there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling - which meant we couldn't use half the dining table. There were ants in the kitchen which made it difficult for my daughter to sterilise baby bottles and to keep food safe. For me, for the price, it was an extremely disappointing holiday. Comfort is the most essential element for an ideal holiday and at Fuzzy Orchard there was little to be had! Frankly, overpriced, money wasted!
