We have ordered beds many times over the last few years but on this occasion we had problems. The drawer was in the wrong place so they took the base back. They assured we would have a replacement within a week. It took three weeks. We run a B&B so one of our guests had to sleep on a mattress only. When the base arrived the drawer did not fit properly. We rang the company several times and emailed them three times. Took a photo of the damaged drawer This was over three weeks ago and we have still not received a reply from the company. Seems when things go right no problems but when you do have a problem they do not want to know. Very, very poor customer service and will not use them again.
