My experience with the online store has been good, there was confusion and contradicting emails sent regarding delivery times/delays etc, but a quick phone call soon sorted everything out, and the dude on the end of the phone, couldn't have been more helpful. ....just wish my experience with the staff in the Covent Garden store was similar. Just who the f**k is that cocky, rude, arrogant a*seh*le with the ginger beard? Seriously, that knob's costing you business and custom. I walked out, hooked up to the nearest Wifi (Costa's) and ordered direct from Flatspot, despite what I wanted being available in your store. I will not not shop in your CG store again.
