After a bit of a communication issue at ths very start of my query I can't fault the process after this, I initially phoned up to make sure I was going to order the correct size & type I wanted,the person I dealt with was very helpful & my two new loft window blinds came within a few days, they were very easy to fit & work brilliantly, quality looks really good too, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
