The process worked just as described from beginning to end. Have to admit that I checked and rechecked the measurements several times as it was so important to get them correct. In the end the blind fitted very well although the Lantern aperture could have been better ( not the fault of the company).
The only slight problem was with the blind controls as initially the end stops were not in the right place and it had intermediate stops which I didn't want. Naomi talked me through the reset process and all was well. Everyone who sees the blind is wowed.
