The blinds themselves are very good, now that they are installed, and functioning, correctly. The service from the customer service team was great and the engineers were knowledgeable. Sadly we have had issues with the blinds due to, what turned out to be, three faulty motors in all three of our blinds. We have had them for nearly two years and they have been functioning correctly for about half that time. I have been up and down ladders charging and replacing battaries almost once a fortnight. I have had to have to lots of engineer visits and around 10 different batteries and all motors replaced to reach this point. But now they work they are great. Getting to this point was hard, but all the way the service was awesome, and friendly and helpful. The problem was unknown and we had to try so many options before working it out, but they worked with me to sort it, so very well done. I do recommend them, though if losing charge I suggest check the motor first! do make sure you measure properly as I have a small gap in the frame (my fault) and self install is OK if you are competent. I suggest using mains where possible and, although less pretty, put the battery below the blind, becuse if it runs out of juice while closed it is a pain to get to.
