1st class service. Blinds are brilliant and at a fraction of the cost from Velux. I ordered online late on a Tuesday afternoon and blinds were delivered to me in Northern Ireland early on the Friday morning. (Since Brexit very few things arrive in Northern Ireland quickly!) Went for the white aluminium option as I felt these blend in better with the white PVC window frame. Would highly recommend and will be buying from Skylightblinds Direct in the future.
