I'm a frequent customer of Skin Shop and regularly order from their Kalme range which is really soothing and anti-inflammatory for my sensitive skin. However, I just wanted to say how great their customer service is. Part of my order (Kalme Undercoat)was lost in the post and they were really helpful and sent a replacement straightaway.
