Ordering was easy, products came pretty quickly. The problem was the products made me very ill and damaged my skin. I also suffered from extreme dryness from the products for which I do not believe the Skin Shop have emphasised enough on their website. It is mentioned but makes out it will be minor. I wouldn't have purchased these products if I had been made aware of the potential for severe dry skin. I raised this concern with them but did not seem interested, just looked for other non Skin Shop reasons why I was having this reaction. Refund is not quite as easy as they make out. But in the end they did refund but only the product cost, not the origin postage I paid. This is unusual these days and feels a little sneaky
