The only issue we seem to have is at pick up, we are the Ranfolly residence building 205 at the Telepherique de Lyon (The first building as you turn in, at the dustbins, at the top before the lift station). The pick up regularly goes to the Ranfolly building down on the bottom car park then has to drive round having rung us. Not sure how we sort it?
