Generally excellent. It was disappointing not to get a refund when my flight was cancelled well in advance of the leaving time (4 hours or so) and despite Skiidy making the trip anyway with another client. I had only booked the day before and had used several times over the previous 24 months so would have hoped for more flexibility as a loyal customer.
