First time user and very satisfied. We had lost bagages upon arriving at Geneva. And took over an hour to wait in line at lost bag service and sort things out. Our driver still patiently waited and being nice about the situation. We had a one year old baby and the luggage containing her belongings didn't show up. We were stressed and tired after long international flight at that time. On return, there was no text message confirmation received but when we called their office our driver showed up at scheduled time. We would highly recommend skiidy to everyone!
