Have you ordered from Skiddle before? yes
I knew the demand for Eric prydz tickets was going to be huge, people were always going to be disappointed. But when your online 10 mins before the sale watching the count down. Then click on the link to queue and it doesn’t work. So you recline it a minute later to find yourself 3000 in line it’s not good. I found buying the tickets a shambles. Lucky for me I managed to get 2 in the end but the system isn’t good. Plus their really should be a 2 per person limit when the demand is so high. Too many people buy 4-6 just to sell them on at a profit.

Hello Martin,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and I'm sorry to hear of your experience when purchasing your tickets.

I've just tried to give you a call to discuss this further with you but unfortunately reached your voicemail.

Please be aware, before the tickets go on sale everyone that goes onto the queue system will be put in a ‘waiting room’. When tickets go on sale i.e. countdown reaches zero, we randomly give everyone a position in the queue.

It doesn't matter if you joined the queue an hour before or a minute before, you will still get a random position. This is to ensure that everyone has a fair chance of securing tickets.

For more information on how the queue works, please head here:

In regard to the limit per person, we are a self-service platform so all the tickets listed on Skiddle are added by the event organisers themselves. This means it is their decision as to how many tickets can be purchased at once.

However, I'm glad to hear that you were able to get your hands on tickets!

I hope this information helps to clarify.

Best wishes,
