I got to the front of the queue after queueing for hours only to find no ticket in my emails. I checked everywhere and still am unable to find it. My emails show evidence of purchase, as does my bank statement. Due to these circumstances I was unable to attend the event. I am very disappointed and in turn expect a full refund
