The site is good and the process should work fine but the event I wanted tickets for involved seat selection. A number of available seats were in sets of 3s and there is a restriction which prevents you purchasing 2 seats and leaving 1 left on its own. I understand why this is done but it's meant that I've had to buy tickets further back when there was at least 3 locations closer to the stage that I could have purchased if this restriction wasn't in place. I will attempt to swap them on the night but the venue has a strict non-transferable rule so I don't hold out much hope so will have to settle for seats near the back.
