I have just completed the booking process and can confirm that your concierge Danielle was extremely helpful and diligent in finding the best holiday that suited my needs. I had some doubts about the re-opening of the hotel, the siting of the junior suite - "doors opening onto the beach" and the use of various facilities. She made contact with the resort and was able to confirm verbally that the resort would be fully up and running on 1 Nov without on-going maintenance work and had responses to the other questions from the hotel.
