Our Holiday experience was good. Six star however made the experience difficult. From day one the concierge was good but unable to make contact again. Had to chase and chase for the tickets. Communication was difficult with long waiting times to get a reply.
Hotel was poor. Pick up service excellent . No airport support as agreed and no communication with cruise operators regarding special occasion as agreed.
