All very nice to begin with; you have our money well in advance, but then a feeling of being left high and dry ( with the exception of lots of other offers by e mail).
It would be appreciated if we could have an update on our hotel prior to boarding, free trips availability (we are on a waiting list for many of them !), things like will it be full, is it still going to plan etc.
Not really a gripe, just a slight lack of communication!
That said, we are really looking forward to our trip.
