Delivery was good; After sales help has proved useless.
Bought a Fagor oven and hob. Nothing wrong with product or delivery, good value for money too. However, I managed to crack the hob and, it seems, there are no Fagor engineers working west of Llanelli - which was not highlighted in the sales blurb.
Also, the promised help from customer services never materialised.
