I haven't given the product a thorough checking over, yet, but the service I received was excellent. My only gripe would be the £25 postage. Yes, it's a heavy item and I could've got free postage had I spent over a certain amount. But I didn't, so I had to pay the £25. That aside, my emails were answered quickly and the delivery was handled efficiently. I'd probably use them again. Unless there's anything wrong with the actual product...
