After an initial hiccup over delivery estimate I rang the company and they were very obliging - delivery within 2 further days and I was treated with great respect by the member of staff I spoke to. I had been buying from Direct Wigs for 20 years, always buying Ellen Willie products which were of good quality but I was disappointed with the quality of the Ellen Willie wig that I received. I see that they are now made in Myanmar and the quality is rather poor in comparison but I will now have no choice other than purchasing from you as Direct Wigs seem to be no longer available.
