I ordered two hairpieces. When they arrived one was a completely different colour to the one I had ordered, which was correct on the invoice so I had not ordered the wrong colour by mistake, the other was an ideal colour for me but the claw clip was of such a cheap quality that it snapped the first time I tried to put it on. The people I spoke to to claim my refund were very pleasant and helpful but I won't be using this company again. I had such high hopes but was extremely disappointed.
