Very pleasant customer service, they really put you at ease. The free returns that they advertise does not seem to apply to me any more, probably because I struggled so much at the beginning of my hair loss to find a wig that I felt confident in. As I live too far away to visit their shop I have to rely on internet purchases and it can be really hard to make the right choice. Having to pay a percentage of the price if I return a wig makes me nervous to try the expensive ones!
