We instructed in august for a straightforward purchase. We were allocated to Eric smith solicitors who were actually handling our case. We where quite skeptical going forward with them however We prevailed. Tamara in the obsessing team was quick to issue the care forms and co formed receipt within a hour of us returning it. After onboarding Harjeet was taking over dealing with the days to day of the transaction. Harjeet isn’t the most talkative of conveyancers however he does get the job done and did answer all of my questions even once’s I didn’t think of. We completed the transaction in about 11 weeks which was okay. Overall we had a good experience, some communication could of been improved but overall happy we have completed.
