I’ve used simply hair for the past 4 years and recently recommended them to a client. The last order I received were so thin and wispy we had to cut so much off we lost most of the length to the point I was unable to charge her! Despite numerous emails asking if there was a faulty batch to no reply and then eventually a complaint to which I was told I’d be better off ordering from somewhere else! The most patronising response… a shame as really liked the natural tapered look up to now. Save your money and shop elsewhere as you’ll have to buy more and pack so many in it’s a nightmare!
