I have order my name change document on the 22nd December 2018 and I know it was Holidays and then I had waited after the New Year and today Monday 7th 2019. I still had no text or email. I realised they only sent one email stated it will take 1-2 days and confirm being sent out. I even tried to email and email on the contact page submission form and til this day no reply. My money had been taken out of my account and no service provided. Why is such site being operating if there is no service but only take payments. Not happy at all!!! Please do avoid and look into reviews first before purchasing anything.
