The Green was for my dog who has fear based reactivity issues due to having been attacked. I have only just started using it and it is too soon to tell. The Gold was for myself to assist with sleeping. The death of 2 close family members resulted in difficulty sleeping/resting, and I have previously found Gold to be effective. It has certainly helped this time.
