Stainless steel components should be packaged better. Brackets started their journey in bubble wrap bags which weren’t sealed so they, along with end caps and screws all rattling around together in an oversized packaging box. This caused bruising to edges of end caps which I have refinished on a lathe. Oak hand rail well packaged and a very nice quality which I have sandpapered to a fantastic finish prior to varnishing. Made tool to enable me to mark the ends dead centre for end cap fixing screws. Overall, with extra imput from myself, looks really nice fitted.
