All was well until we unpacked the rather insecure bundle that was taped to the rail itself.
As soon as we opened it I could see that one of the metal caps was missing...this should have been apparent to the the person who put the consignment together.
How are you going to rectify this? Our chippie is coming on Tuesday 16 August.
