Excellent service the product is a high quality. It was well prepared and shipped in good time and when some damage was reported on delivery it was replaced immediately and on site within 48 hours. I would highly recommend the company. Thinking about continuous improvement one thing I would like to have seen would be b&m installation details and some recommendations for carer the product. The website gives details of care for stainless steel but not for wood i.e. what will be the best way to treat the handrail and finish it to give it a beautiful sheen, that sort of information is always helpful.
