The rail and fittings arrived well-packaged and are great quality and value for money. The lack of a fifth star relates to the fact that the delivery company used by SimpleHandrails does not give details of the ETA other than stating what day the goods are out for delivery. This meant staying in the house until almost 3pm waiting. Surely, they could at least have specified am or pm?
