Goods fine, no issue - problem was delivery.
I hadasked specifically for the delivery NOT to be made on a particular date (spoke to an assistant on phone) as I knew I wouldn't be there. But whoever wrote it down got it wrong and delivered it on that very day!! Luckily for the driver my neighbour spotted the lorry and was able to deal with it.
Please make sure you double check with the customer that you have the right information. Inconvenience caused unnecessarily to an unwell neighbour.
