The handrails are good quality, all bits and pieces present plus a spare or two - BUT, the courier service was dreadful. No prewarning of delivery day or time slot but an unknown neighbour calling on us from 3 sides of a block away , struggling gamely with 2 well wrapped 3.5 m oak banisters.
The package was clearly addressed but delivered to the wrong address, left outside that wrong address when the residents were out and of course, no signature. Over £400 worth of goods left out in the rain !
