Although my order was split into two shipments I was able to speak to the customer services who contacted me back within 20 minutes with an answer as to why I only received one package. The next day, the reset of the order appeared with a goody bag included. Ownership and admittance of the issue meant I was reassured they knew what was happening. I also appreciate the little goody bag with a ca. £20 value.
