Parts ordered DEC 23, expected delivery Jan 15…

Do you guys know that today we have computers, fast delivery, and tracking numbers, and that if anything goes wrong , that I would understand , it would be much appreciated to get some kind of info ?
I' ve tracked these parts in Leeds on Jan 6, then…still in Leeds Jan 9…well, humm…today is Jan 9 no ? So apparently nothing really moved since Dec 23 right ?
