We had an incident with the bottom drawer of our John Lewis branded freezer. I had given hope of finding a replacement but found the UK Whitegoods website.
I submitted an enquiry on the website and Kenneth Watt responded quickly and tracked down the part we needed.
It has arrived today and is an exact replacement.
