Easy to find the spare part I needed on the websitre and check it was both compatible and the correct item. However, it took foreeeeeeeever to arrive (4 weeks) and I received no response to an email to the customer service team chasing the order after 2 weeks.
When it did arrive, it was well packaged and well-protected.
