Goods are reasonably priced, despatch times and delivery times need to be improved. After using this service to get a couple of washing machine vibration dampeners, I had to wait for what I consider to be an unacceptable amount of time for delivery. I purchased another dampener from another supplier at exactly the same time as it wasn't available through this company, it arrived almost a week before UkWhiteGoods purchase; I may use this company again, but I would certainly look elsewhere first
