The product was good and as requested. It was disappointing though, that as a small business that needs receipts, the company do not provide a proper invoice, instead an email has to do. They say that they have run this by HMRC and that is fine by them, however, it is about what your customer wants, not what you want. So create a system that is acceptable to HMRC and your customers. It's not hard.
