Ordered part. Wrong part sent.
E-mailed (Sunday). Received replacement part Tuesday.
Thought replacement part was incorrect. E-mailed & got a prompt response explaining it was the currently supplied manufacturer's part. Fitted (needed some adaptation) & working AOK.
So, although not a perfect service, the response to problems encountered was impressive. Would certainly use them again.
