A huge range of spares and good value for money. Not the fastest and not worth paying the extra for standard courier delivery as Royal Mail would have been just as quick.
I ordered a new heating element for a washing machine - the photo showed that the thermistor was included, but in fact, it wasn't. No problem as I could reuse the old one, but slightly misleading.
