I was trying to get information on the clips for a Elica cooker hood, I have managed to get them sent to me by phone in the past, but this time I was told only on line.
The technical department tried to help as there were no photos on line of the part, I wanted a right hand clip but I was told they didn't do right and left hand clips , which they actually do as I eventually found them after 3 days of searching and emails.
