Although friendly , quick to respond, they dong like to admit fault. I asked about a part which they said they had but I knew wasn't correct but I was assured it was correct. It wasn't, they did take it back & I found correct part on their website myself bug they were still adamant it wouldn't fit. It did, perfectly.
Main gripe is I had to pay return postage for something j knew was wrong but they said was correct, even blaming the manufacturer or saying my machine had been modified.
