Ordered an item from UK Whitegoods and paid an extra sum for postage as recommended to be the best option, but after a week went by and no update on any dispatch details, I decided to contact them for any information, also made a request to cancel the order unless it had already been dispatched as I did not want anymore delay. They just cancelled my order and made a refund ? . So a whole week was wasted plus the time the money was transferred to my account. I found another company online that was cheaper and also delivered it within 3 Days.
