Excellent customer service. My order was split for delivery which I was unaware of until the first part was delivered. A phone call to PSB confirmed this and I was promised a follow-up phone call the next day to confirm when the second part was to be delivered. I received a phone call promptly first thing and the delivery was completed that day. Well done and thank you.
