This bra is true to size, I saw a recommendation somewhere to order a size up but this was too big. I re-ordered my actual size and it fitted perfectly. It withstood the bounce test on a recent 5k run and i plan to wear it for a half marathon i have coming up, really comfy, nice colour and gives a nice shape rather than flattening.
