I like the look of the flask and the fact it comes complete with spoon. However, I have only used it twice. I was a little concerned when it arrived given the numerous "warnings" on the small label, coupled with a QR code for you to scan to see the full set of warnings!! This seemed to me to be a lot of caveats on why the product may not perform as you would expect. Whilst the website details do say it works best at keeping food warm when the flask is full I didn't think it would be so poor when it was 3/4 full. I had used it for a fairly thick soup and had heated the soup well to give it the best chance. However, after arriving at work, when I took the flask out of my bag I noticed the lid itself was warm to the touch. Surely if it was properly sealed the lid should not be warm? Anyway, I didn't think much more of it but when I came to eat the soup at lunchtime it was barely warm at all, vey disappointing. Something else I hadn't considered and which is purely a personal detail is that eating from a metal flask with a metal spoon was pretty noisy, something I found quite off putting. Unfortunatley, currently it has been assigned to the cupboard but I will try to use it again at some point and hope I feel better about it next time around.
