Put me on to a delivery man that smashed my small motor to pieces. Sub contracted along the way to Parcel Force who I cant make a claim through because the cowboy Shiply referred me onto wont respond. Shiply happy to do nothing and continue to let him quote on their platform, wont even call him on my behalf and told me to take legal advice.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS FIRM THEY DONT VET THEIR ASSOCIATES AND IF THE WORK IS SUB CONTRACTED OUT WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENS, NO RECOURSE
