Put me on to a delivery man that smashed my small motor to pieces. Sub contracted along the way to Parcel Force who I cant make a claim through because the cowboy Shiply referred me onto wont respond. Shiply happy to do nothing and continue to let him quote on their platform, wont even call him on my behalf and told me to take legal advice. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS FIRM THEY DONT VET THEIR ASSOCIATES AND IF THE WORK IS SUB CONTRACTED OUT WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENS, NO RECOURSE

Just to clarify; we vet all the transport providers before they are allowed to operate on the Shiply platform. We verify their ID, proof of address, and insurance details.

If transport providers fail to provide these, they will not be allowed to register with us.

Shiply act as a neutral venue, a platform where users and transporters can meet and enter into their own negotiations.
